Project Manager

Looking for a collaborative, organized and positive-thinking Project Manager to guide technical projects over the finish line.

Summary Job Description

This role requires a high degree of skill with communication, planning, budgeting, and teamwork. We expect you to be a quick study who understands and has an excitement for business. Daily tools will consist of the Microsoft Office suite, online project management, our internal billing system and more. Experience managing technical projects is preferred. You will also be responsible to make sure clients clearly understand your projects by properly defining, communicating, measuring, and reporting key aspects with them to ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Works with both internal team and external clients to properly scope project requirements
  • Prompts information gathering through collaboration to translate between technical and business partners
  • Weighs functional and budgetary details to properly scope and size project work
  • Acts as a liaison and translator between technical teams and client
  • Implements and manages project resources
  • Coordinates scheduling, timelines and adjusts prioritization as necessary
  • Brings positivity and a team mentality to the project group
  • Acts as the central resource to proactively communicate important updates to the project team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide superior internal and external customer service
  • A clear understanding of business processes and technical business functions
  • Capable of managing a variety of tasks and effectively assessing priority and urgency of each
  • Must possess the courage to speak your mind, the diplomacy to do so constructively, and the humility to accept when you’re wrong
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Must be willing to speak up to identify changes that are in the best interest of the business
