Sales Associate (Client Recruiter)

Currently we are on the hunt for a very special individual to join our team. We are looking for a passionate, creative, enthusiastic Sales Associate, or Client Recruiter as we like to call them, who has an affinity for helping small businesses solve problems and an aptitude for technology.  You will be responsible for generating new business and providing our prospective clients with an exceptional introduction to Paragus and the services we offer. You should be an approachable and highly skilled communicator with an affinity toward small business. In addition to working the leads we provide to you, you will also be accountable to drive leads of your own, so you should be an expert networker who has creative ideas about getting in front of potential customers and who isn’t afraid to make cold calls.   • Identifying and recruiting prospective clients using a variety of channels
  • Coordinating with Marketing on lead Generation
  • Consulting with prospective clients to identify whether Paragus can serve their needs
  • Confidently representing  Paragus to prospective clients
  • Ensuring prospective client has exceptional introduction to Paragus and is set up for an exceptional long-term experience
  • Delivering an exceptional experience to all prospective customers Meeting Sales Goals


  • Passion for helping small businesses solve problems and grow
  • 1+ years of successful sales experience
  • High degree of professionalism, attentiveness and communication excellence (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to diplomatically interact and communicate with executives and decision makers

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate would be a highly approachable people person who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with decent understand of technology solutions that are used by small businesses. The ability to think like an entrepreneur, understanding a prospective client’s needs and and how Paragus fits into the solution is of utmost importance. You should have the ability to work independently, and have a passion for generating leads, consistently tracking and following up with leads, and keeping the pipeline of prospective clients hot. You must also be exceptionally detail-oriented and organized with the ability to regularly and systematic solicit new business within our target market. We want people who are smart, creative, and willing to share their ideas about how we can make Paragus an even better company. Lastly, we hope you love beer – whether that be Root Beer or a local IPA – because we certainly enjoy ending a successful day with a pour from one of our private taps in our staff pub.
